central location helpful staff varied breakfast luggage storage
the hotel has a good location for exploring nearby spots. i found mr ken to be very helpful with suggestions for local spots to visit. the breakfast had a lot of choices. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout since my flight was later.
The rooftop bar can get a bit noisy at times. Karaoke and music from nearby places can continue until late. it made the balcony less relaxing.

The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape. It is not large, but deep enough for swimming. i noticed there are only a few sun loungers available. the pool bar stays open until 11pm.

The breakfast buffet presented a good variety. I saw bacon, eggs, cheeses and pho. the hotel provides a coffee and tea service. i saw a breakfast view of the city, but the rooftop bar is the real scene stealer.

local attractions great location amazing views convenient luggage
The staff was helpful with local attractions. the location is great for walking around. Taxis are also easily accessible! the rooftop pool and bar provided amazing city views, i enjoyed that. the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after checkout since i had a late flight. I really appreciated the convenience.
the breakfast was acceptable, but it could use a bit more variety.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The gym was small. It felt depressing. the rooftop pool only had three loungers, so finding a spot was difficult. the hotel overall needs a makeover since it looks outdated.
